Administrative Law
Our practice includes diverse experience working with administrative agencies ranging from advocacy before administrative staff, presenting evidence and argument at administrative hearings, and taking appeals from adverse administrative actions.
We handle sensitive matters before a variety of state and local administrative bodies, including the Wyoming Department of Employment, the Wyoming State Board of Equalization, the Teton County and Town of Jackson Planning Departments, the Teton County Board of Adjustment, the Jackson Town Counsel, and the Teton County Board of County Commissioners.
Our experience as litigators is useful in our practice before administrative agencies, but sometimes this work is also served by a different skillset—an ability to be understood and trusted by non-lawyer administrative staff and elected officials. Our administrative practice is always informed by an appreciation of the particular personalities and political forces at play.
As long-term residents of Jackson and third and fourth generation Wyomingites, we are well positioned to provide informed insight and guidance in dealing with administrative issues arising in Teton County and elsewhere in the state.
